Terms of Service

License Grant

Whallex grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software product(s). Each license is tied to a single GitHub username and grants read-only access to the product source code repository.

Source Code Delivery

Source code is delivered via GitHub read-only repository access. Access is granted upon payment confirmation and revoked upon support expiry unless renewed.

Support & Maintenance

Each license includes a support period (as specified at purchase). During this period, you receive access to software updates, bug fixes, and technical support via email. Support does not include custom development, deployment assistance, or third-party integration work.

Renewal

Support can be renewed before or after expiry. Renewal extends the support period from the current expiry date. Your license and deployed software remain valid after support expires — only update access and technical support are affected.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital software delivery (source code access), refunds are not available once repository access has been granted. Contact our sales team before purchase if you have questions about product suitability.

Prohibited Uses

You may not sublicense, redistribute, or resell the software or source code. Each license is for a single deployment. Multiple deployments require multiple licenses.

Limitation of Liability

Whallex provides the software "as is" without warranty of any kind. Whallex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Whallex operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
